here's my story and I'm sticking to it

Who says things slow down at 50? Well from what I see they only slow down if you let them.

I’m a heart attack survivor (8 years ago) and workout every day. It’s helped me recuperate and has kept me active and vigorous. Plus my doctor loves it.

I’m mostly on the treadmill but every once and a while you’ll find me in the back of the 10am step class. I’m not much of a stepper but working in group really makes me feel good.

I also work one on one with Andrew and would recommend him if you are looking for a personal trainer. He’s dedicated and a nice guy too.
