I believe in the feel-good, look-good philosophy of working out. You gotta take of your body for it to look its best and I want to help you come up with a routine that will help you do that. I believe in emphasizing cardio and plyometrics to help keep your body loose, limber and explosive. When you get the basics down, shaping a killer bod is easy!
