This year I will be able to bench 260 pounds. That was my max back in college and I know I can get back there again!

Bro, I feel your dedication. But our bodies go downhill quickly after college. You can still get to 260 (and beyond), but you're gonna have to work 10 times harder to get there. I'd love to help you rep 300.

This year I’ve decided to make a big change and eat more green leafy vegetables. I always eat healthy but I’ve managed to avoid the spinach, kale, and broccoli selections. Well I’ve been ready all about their specific benefits and have decided to work them in to my diet.

Now all I need is to learn how to cook.

My new year’s resolution is to run for 5 minutes at full speed at the end of every treadmill workout.

I've decided to stick to a new routine this year. It includes my usual workout regime but also includes sleep - somthing I sometimes never got. My target is a solid seven each night (ok most every night).

All my life I’ve made resolutions and most of the time I don’t stick with them. Don’t know why – it just happens.

This year I’m going to ensure success by keeping it simple. My resolution is just to live and be happy. Yes and work out too.

I’m going to try to eat a healthier diet. I’ve got two kids who love to eat and between the three of us there’s always a box of twinkies around.

This year we’ve all decided to not have bad stuff in the house.
